Senior Administrator / PA
Livingston based
Full Time Monday to Friday
Temp role for 5 months Up to GBP14.00 per hour depending on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading public sector client in Livingston to recruit this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration & PA support to the Senior Management team.
Duties involved in this role will include:
Handling & resolving incoming queries & correspondence, both internal & external, on behalf of Senior Management
Preparing and maintaining financial records & MI including databases, spreadsheets, electronic diaries & emails
Proactively identifying problems, proposing solutions and rectifying errors
Designing and preparing document templates & drafting non-standard correspondence
Provide copy typing and word-processing services producing correspondence, reports, forms, minutes, procedures and presentation materials
Receive, verify and process relevant documentation including photocopying, scanning, collating and electronic filing documents as necessary
Reviewing & dealing with incoming and outgoing mail as appropriate
Arranging and attending meetings, collating agenda items, taking notes and producing minutes as required
Various other ad hoc admin & PA duties as directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Extensive previous experience within a PA or Senior Administration role supporting Senior Management and carrying out the above duties - this experience is essential
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Solid IT skills, including the use of Word & Excel
