Pertemps are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to manage a Commercial/Office temporary staff division.
You will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses in the Crawley/Gatwick area (and surrounding towns), selling your recruitment service and ultimately winning new clients. You will also be responsible for finding, interviewing and registering good temporary staff to put out to work. These could be temporary administrators, receptionists, customer service, account management, sales , call centre or any other office based staff.

To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you don't necessarily need experience. We are looking for;
- A confident, personable individual to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Someone with a good business acumen and financial awareness to help identify and make the most of business opportunities
- Ideally some sales experience- winning new business is a must
- A desire to go above and beyond for your candidates and clients
- Someone who is literate, numerate and well presented
- A driving licence is a must
You could be in a recruitment role already or could be from a sales, account manager, estate agent or hospitality background.
We are based in Crawley and working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday. You will be joining a successful team with a great reputation, who will give you the time and training required to succeed in your new career.
Basic salaries start between GBP20-25k p/a dependant on experience (higher for recruitment experience) but we would expect you to earn more- commission is dependant on you!
