Introduction..

We are looking for a Paid Search Manager who will be working closely with Go to Market Managers and the wider Go to Market team to build, manage, define, and deliver PPC campaigns to support the delivery of lead generation across UK Solutions. - Residential & B2B.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for:

Deliver all paid search campaign activity within agreed budgets, ensuring all activity is appropriately tracked and reported within financial control systems
Devise and manage performance dashboards that illustrate campaign performance against key metrics
Carry out market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and develop strategies to address poor performance.
Track and review campaign outcomes to optimise performance of campaign activity
Work with the wider Go to Market team and UK Solutions stakeholders to ensure that campaigns, customer journeys and content are audience led and driven through customer insight and tailored to support business targets and objectives
Work with colleagues, relevant agencies and third parties to keep abreast of new techniques, trends and technological developments across all media channels
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Proven experience in managing Paid campaigns and developing Paid strategies across B2C & B2B
Extensive knowledge of paid advertising, specifically Pay Per Click (Goole & Bing) including campaign set up, daily performance management & CRO
Search Engine Marketing experience, including SEO, creative asset management, campaign creation and optimisation
Proven experience in managing Paid campaigns and developing Paid strategies across B2C & B2B
Extensive knowledge of paid advertising, specifically Pay Per Click (Goole & Bing) including campaign set up, daily performance management & CRO
Search Engine Marketing experience, including SEO, creative asset management, campaign creation and optimisation
Knowledge of tagging and tracking to create performance dashboards and optimise performance
Solid commercial acumen as well as budgeting experience, including forecasting and optimisations
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels
