A Project Administrator is required for our client based in Diss for this position we are seeking someone with excellent organisation and Customer Service Skills who ideally is keen to embark on a career within Project Management. This role is a full-time permanent and involves working a 37 hour week, 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday. We are seeking a candidate who loves helping customers and ideally has some previous experience within a similar role. An immediate start date is available.

Our clients are technical experts in the Design, Development, and manufacture of Architectural Glass Rooflights for both residential and commercial buildings. The company has grown from strength to strength and has a presence in the UK. Europe and the USA.
The Job

The primary purpose of this position is to provide an excellent, informative, and in-depth service. The primary purpose of this role is to be the link between the customer and the company through the manufacturing process
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role includes the following duties and responsibilities:
Liaising with customers via telephone and written communication, ensure they are up to date on the project progress at all times
Working with other departments and suppliers
Communication with logistics and installation teams from point of sales release, through to final installation
Supporting installation projects throughout
Updating project data and ensure all information is version controlled most relevant
Making sure clients are adhering to payment terms
Highlight shortfalls in any deliverables to the Operations Manager and other key team members
Ensure that any variations to projects are currently instructed, costed and actioned
Raise and issue manufacturing packs to the procurement and production teams
Work to the company s high standards at all times, ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met
Assist in the development of new processes to improve departmental and company output
Providing admin support to the PM team
Working with the team to maintain departmental KPI s
Required Skills and Experience
For this role, we are seeking candidates with strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the commerciality and professionalism to ensure customer requirements are dealt with and progressed efficiently and to a positive outcome. Some previous experience within a similar role would be highly regarded along with familiarity with working in a manufacturing company.
Other requirements include:
Proven customer support experience
Demonstrable experience of excelling in a target driven environment
Outstanding communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, practices, and processes
Customer focus and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Strong IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
