Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator?!

Then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

We are looking for someone who wants a busy admin role based in our office in Loughborough on a part time, permanent basis

You will be handling confidential documents, dealing with payroll from start to finish on a weekly basis and undertaking the administration for the team here at Loughborough including sending interview packs, answering the phones, referencing candidates and all other associated tasks

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous payroll / finance experience

Undertake Payroll on a weekly basis for 150+ candidates

Has an eye for detail when sending pre-employment checks

Can assist with on boarding tasks whilst following procedures

Can handle confidential information whilst using data protection controls

Deliver a routine and quality service to high standards

Handles enquires via phone and email for internal and external contacts

Can complete tasks in a timely manner

Essential Skills

Previous experience in a similar role

The ability work in a team and build relationships

Attention to detail

The ability to work flexibly, able to respond to increased pressure of work

Ability to prioritise work load

Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent communication and organisational skills

GBP11.50- GBP12.50ph, dependent on experience

10.00 - 15.00, Monday - Friday, however we can be flexible on the working hours
