Office Administrator required by Dental Laboratory based in Christchurch, Dorset. Salary : GBP19,500 - GBP23,000 depending on skills and experience.
Established for over 40 years as a family run business, we provide premium dental appliances to dental practices nationally.
We are now looking to recruit a motivated and organised Office Administrator to support the functioning of the main Office.
This is a varied job role with duties that include:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Data entry including invoicing and scanning
- Communicating with customers by email and phone
- Dealing with account queries
- Maintaining office supplies and reordering where appropriate
- General organisation
You:
With some previous experience in an office environment, the ideal candidate will have:
-Excellent computer skills
-Good timekeeping
-Good attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills verbal and written
-A willingness to learn
The ability to use Microsoft Office competently is essential for this role.
Sage experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate
