Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working a well known organisation who are looking to recruit an accounts assistant to join their team.
In this role you will work on a CAFM system and Accounts system to check correct rates have been applied to claims; check works completed with the branch or Facilities Manager and approve the claim for payment.
In order to be suitable you must have experience within the construction industry and understand the application and certification process, and be able to apply a rated bill to description of works from a Framework agreement. You will need to be very disciplined and organised in order to track claims, queries, paperwork.
