Our client is a Global Brand within the prestige car market, through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Corporate Insurance Sales and Account Manager
How you ll play your part
In this Corporate Insurance Sales & Account Manager role, you will provide a bespoke, proactive, professional Independent Insurance Broking service to all of the Group and non group customers in the UK for all Commercial lines Insurance. To develop and implement growth strategy for group & non-group commercial customers and create business growth opportunities.
You will also have:
Develop relations across the Group including internal stakeholders to promote, procure and implement Global and Local Insurance provisions for UK Group Entities.
Create new business opportunities in line with company strategy for new and existing clients by understanding the business requirements and risks. Develop relationships with existing and new insurers to accommodate all existing and new business enquiries whilst maintaining sustainable and profitable relationships.
Determine and understand risks associated with internal and external Clients business and recommend insurance products and risk mitigation measures suitable for their business needs and budget constraints.
Manage all aspects of Customer Insurance account throughout term of the contract and support Departments within the UK Group to meet expected standards of delivery.
Ensure all department Key Objectives including income target is met but balanced with proportionate income structure and clearly demonstrated with added value proposition.
Ensure all work carried out and advice given to clients complies with the FCA regulations and is fully transparent and methodically explained to client and demonstrated clearly for audit trails. Ensure that all process and practices meet regulatory requirements
Liaise with local and global insurer partners regarding insurance contracts, terms and conditions, negotiating and placing business at best premiums, widest cover for client, ensuring timely documentation. Educate and influence Insurers of our needs and Strategy to ensure product offering and claims service supports our requirement to enhance customer experience.
Essential Skills
You will have 5 years+ general commercial insurance broking experience required, preferably backed by formal insurance qualification such as ACII. You will have the ability to work closely with clients and turn leads into clients. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including word, excel and PowerPoint. You will beenthusiastic, self motivated, pro-active, can-do attitude required with excellent communication and written skills.
