Alpha Sign Systems has been established for over 30 years, offering signage and marketing aids to a wide range of clients. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team based in Weston-super-Mare. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary.
About the Graphic Designer role:
The role will involve taking detailed brief from a dedicated account handler and will work with national high profile clients. The ideal candidate would be good at communicating with our Sales team, taking client briefs as well as being able to liaise with our other designers and our production team to create practical drawings to spec & budget for the individual client s requirements.
Skills and experience required by our Graphic Designer:
- Experience in the signage industry will be an advantage but is not essential as someone practically minded and with the ability to learn a new industry is equally welcome.
- Your role will involve designing signage and large format advertising using mainstream software which will include Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator. Industry standard software training will be provided.
- Essential skills: Attention to detail and the ability to draw to scale, the ability to work to deadlines, strong creative flair and eye for branding.
