Good Life Facilitator - South Lincolnshire
Salary: GBP22,627 per annum FTE (Salary Scale Point 12 April 2022) Hourly Rate: GBP11.57 per hour
Location: Based in Long Sutton with some travel around South Lincolnshire and Peterborough
Contract: Fixed term contract to April 2023
Hours: 8-23 hours
8 hours over two evenings and 15 hours over two days
These hours may be combined into one 23 hour role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with people to address loneliness as means to improving mental health. Working with colleagues and volunteers you will facilitate conversation at our Good Mood Cafes and Night Light Caf??'s. You will also support people who would like to host a Good Mood Picnic in their community.
The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to project delivery; experience of facilitating groups; and an ability to build an understanding of local groups and activities to signpost appropriately.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
