Our clients are one of the UK s leading wholesalers of specialist industrial repair and maintenance products to the manufacturing industry. They play a key role in the maintenance and repair supply chain. Focusing on supplying market leading specialist electrical & industrial products to end users and businesses.
As a Branch Manager in their Wrexham branch, you will have complete autonomy including stock, how you distribute, marketing, accounts, recruitment and sales strategy. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the branch and will have the responsibility of driving business strategy, productivity and sales.
Who are we looking for?
A proven track record in a senior management or operational position within industrial, electrical and manufacturing distribution
A dynamic and highly driven sales person, with a breadth of contacts within the industry
Experienced in commercial sales, key account development and new business development
A natural leader who can motivate a team and drive performance, identify opportunities and challenge the status quo
The ability and confidence to manage P&L and develop business strategies
Highly respected within own and wider peer group
For the right person, our client can offer
Salary GBP35,000 - GBP38,000 (Based on experience)
Uncapped Company Performance Bonus

25 days Holiday + Bank holidays
