Winner Recruitment are currently supporting an engineering company who specializes in CNC turning, CNC milling and Steel Fabrication. They based in the Lincoln area and are looking for a Fabricator / Welder.
They, amongst other things produce one offs, prototypes or full production runs to suit all needs of their customers. With this in mind combined with their years of experience supplying fabricated and/or CNC machined components or assemblies to a wide ranging customer base. The main core of their business is the manufacturing of screens for sieving sand and aggregate as well as slide valves, farm machinery (ploughs) and general engineering.
The Duties of the Fabricator / Welder will include:
Working with mild steel and stainless steel
Experience of using a bender
Experience of MIG (as a minimum)
Working from Drawings
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to be flexible
Can work unsupervised
The hourly rate will be up to GBP12.50 per hour with overtime paid at time and a half over 37.5 hours worked.
This role comes with 28 days holiday (incl.of bank holidays) plus pension
