HR Assistant Apprentice
A unique opportunity to join a thriving business and step into a new role within their HR team and flourish in an exciting, fast-paced recruitment role with full mentoring and coaching as well as the undertaking the CIPD qualification, recognised in every HR position in the industry. Able to work on a hybrid basis, with Monday and Friday working from home, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Northampton office, this role offers a great deal of personal development for a strong-minded individual who is bright, engaging, and confident and looking to begin a career in HR and Recruitment.
Main Responsibilities
Assist with full recruitment process
Managing new starter process
Assist with uploading employee records
Arranging training courses
Writing letter confirming changes in employment terms
Responding to reference requests
General administration and HR filing
Respond to basic HR queries
Person Specification
Experience working in an administrator role
A keen interest in HR as a career
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Organised with strong attention to detail
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Quick learner and proactive
Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
