Receptionist - Tenbury Wells - Part Time - GBP10 to GBP10.50ph
Local family run business has a new requirement for a part time receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
The business are looking for a receptionist with a friendly manner as you will be the first point of contact with customers when they enter the premises or call on the telephone. You will be warm and enjoy meeting and greeting people as well as making appointments and checking customer details in personable fashion.
This is an all round role and there is also expectation that you will be comfortable helping to order in stock, dealing with in and outgoing post, signing for deliveries and taking payments by both card and cash. Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be discreet and ensure confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
Experience
2 years or more in a receptionist position
Full UK Driving Licence (occasional work days in other store covering absence)
Cash handling and card payment experience
Solid understanding of GDPR
The role will involve working 2 days per week 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday and every Saturday 0900 to 1300 averaging 20h per week.
