Allports Rental operates a growing fleet of more than 1100 Vans, Trucks and Trailers throughout the UK. We offer a full range of Contract Hire and Rental services providing tailor-made transport solutions to our expanding customer base.
Due to continued development and promotions within our great team, we are seeking a Rental Controller to join us based at our Fradley Park Lichfield Rental Centre.
The role demands an ambitious individual to work within the team managing our National customer base hire requirements for Van, Vehicle and Trailer rentals.
You will have a great telephone manner as this is essential to deliver our outstanding Customer Experience, communicating with customers to understand their Rental requirements and making bookings on our systems. You will also be checking vehicles both on and off-hire, raising of Rental Agreements with customers and handing over the vehicle on arrival of customers.
Previous Vehicle Rental experience would be a great advantage.
To succeed in this role applicants must be an excellent communicator, be a competent computer user and able to work well both as part of a team.
