School IT Support Analyst
Role: School IT Support Analyst
Location: Nantwich, Cheshire
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP27,000
Are you looking for more varied work, sick of sitting in an office all day, every day? I am working with a Managed Service Provider that work exclusively within the education sector, providing support to to Schools. This position we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to support a single site for a High School in Nantwich.
The MSP that you will be working for are an incredible outfit with some superb training plans and facilities, and have a really good bunch of Engineers who are very tight knit, you will get truly looked after here.

Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
Provide hands on advice and guidance to the school to help develop their IT network.
Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
