You must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with strong communication skills. You will be hands on with an eye for detail, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
To ensure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard and provide the
residents with a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment in which to live.
Maintain all records in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Your role might include:
gardening
painting and decorating
electrical repairs
plumbing
repairing fixtures and fittings
Completing health and safety inspections.
Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to clients and customers
Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
There are also some specific skills needed to work in this role. These include:
some awareness of the issues faced by people who need care and support such as older or disabled people
a skill in carpentry, plumbing, decorating or electrical repairs
knowledge of health and safety
good number skills.
(You must be eligible to work in the UK)
Full time Hours 35 - 40 + hrs per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: GBP9.90 AN HOUR
