HRGO are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef Manager to join their Catering Team for a Enfield based College.
To assume full responsibility to produce food and to constantly introduce new and innovative menu options
Possess a passion for high quality food
To ensure that all daily menus are balanced and meet our customer requirements
To work with the Manager to ensure, client and customer requirements are exceeded
Financial accountability for the catering operation (driving sales, GP, labour and overheads)
To achieve budgeted gross margin through consistent costing and menu planning
To ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety and HACCP are maintained in the catering facility
A pro-active approach to driving the catering operation forward with an emphasis on innovation
The ideal candidate will be to date with Food Safety guidelines, COSHH and HACCAP.
Team of 5 staff who assist in prepping veg, salads, baguettes, paninis, service and coffe shop.
Includes:
GBP24,500 PA - Equated over 13 monthly payment
Term time only (38 weeks)
28 days holiday You must be able to cook in large quantities and deliver tasty food that taste great! You should be able to create dishes on the spot using ingredients in the pantry. Whiles understanding the value of stocktaking and costs.
