Temp role for 6 months Strong potential to become permanent Up to GBP15.00 per hour depending on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in West Lothian to recruit this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive PA support to the Operational Services team within the business
Duties involved in this role will include:
Handling & resolving incoming queries & correspondence
Preparing and maintaining reports & MI
Extensive diary management
Document management including paper & electronic filing, copying & scanning
Reviewing & dealing with incoming and outgoing mail as appropriate
Arranging and attending meetings, collating agenda items, taking notes and producing minutes as required
Various other ad hoc admin & PA duties as directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Extensive previous experience within a PA or Senior Administration role supporting Senior Management and carrying out the above duties - this experience is essential
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Solid IT skills, including the use of Word & Excel
