IT Support Engineer needed for a permanent career opportunity in Nottingham. A chance to join an established IT business specialising in video games development.
Start ASAP ideally in July/August 2022. Key experience + duties will include:
IT Support Engineer needed to install, build + maintain Windows based Desktop PCs.
Diagnosing, trouble-shooting + resolving IT issues and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Monitoring the IT ticketing system, maintaining the IT asset database + setting up IT kit for new starters.
Strong customer service skills, including managing end user expectations effectively.
Technical Environment: MS Windows, Desktops, Laptops, PC Hardware, MS Office, Active Directory, Windows Server, MS Exchange, VMware + Linux
