RSPB Cyrmu are currently recruiting for a part-time Administrator to provide support to those based in the North Wales Office in Bangor.

Salary: £19,305.00 - £21,417.00 Pro Rata
Hours: Part-Time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-Term for 12 months
Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 26 days Annual Leave (pro-rata) This role will also see the successful applicant working with teams who focus on the conservation of protected species through Wales wide projects. This role can be conducted remotely, however weekly visits to North Wales Office in Bangor will be required. This is a part-time, fixed-term role for 22.5 hours per week, for 12 months. What's the role about? To provide comprehensive administrative support to the managers/team/site/office/programme/department, facilitating delivery of work programmes and an effective working environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of data management and Online document sites for collaborative working (SharePoint, OneDrive)
Knowledge of basic financial processes, banking, invoices and purchase orders
At least 5 GCSE's, including Maths and English
Organisational and time management skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences whether by phone, email or in person
Able to organise meetings and events and coordinate all aspects of the meeting or event logistics
Able to make the best use of time when working alone or in a team
Experience of working in an office or customer care environment in an administrative role or similar

Interest in and knowledge of conservation and the natural world
Experience of working with volunteers.
