The role would suit someone who is ambitious, driven, commercially minded and well-organised who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and ideally understands the sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing and supporting client accounts, and completing relevant administrative duties
Identifying opportunities to further develop the relationship with the client and increase their usage of the company products
Deal with all enquiries from the client, sometimes at short notice and working to tight deadlines
Deal with multiple stakeholders, to include people from client businesses, as well as external partners from companies that supply the client with additional products and services
Be proactive and well organised, proactively reach out to representatives of partner organisation to ensure efficiency, and that all product and service orders will be fulfilled on time, and in line with agreed service levels
Be willing to develop a detailed understanding of company products, and to always stay aware of current offers, promotions, and new products and services
Be willing to develop an accurate understanding of company processes and standards, as you will be dealing with very high value client accounts
Identify improvement opportunities of the service quality the company provides to clients
Assist in producing reports for clients
Be able to change and prioritise tasks constantly, and adapt to changing circumstances
Your Experience

Sales Support environment is preferred
Experience in dealing with large client accounts
Strong commercial awareness
Competent in Microsoft Excel Your Attributes

Willingness and ability to learn all about a wide range of company products
Independent, driven, and able to manage own workload
A good relationship builder, both with clients and colleagues
Ambitious and motivated to grow within a large international business
