I am delighted to bring this amazing role to the market; working in partnership with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield as they recruit a Service Support Administrator.
Due to an internal promotion, the Service Support Administrator will join the Servicing Team, working with and coordinating Engineers on a daily basis.
You will provide full administrative support to the Servicing Team, working closely with other departments to ensure quality, excellence and best value of service is achieved.
We are looking for candidates with a pro-active work attitude, the ability to work well to deadlines and, ideally, previous experience in a similar engineering coordination/admin role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential to maintaining strong working relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
Maintain good communication on a daily basis with the Support Engineers
Plan and identify site visits
Liaising with clients to obtain site contact details relevant for the Engineers arriving
Book site visits into the Engineers diaries - negotiating when required to maintain the service level agreements (SLA s)
Ensure Project folders are utilised and all documentation saved in the correct folders
Maintain and update live project Smartsheet
Plan and coordinate site inspections
Coordinate business requirements with the Head of Services and Servicing Team
Organise transport and accommodation required for the department
Candidate attributes/experience:
Excellent communication skills
Great problem-solver
Experience of working in a modern fast paced environment, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Benefits:
Salary GBP23,000 - GBP26,000pa
25 holidays + 8 stats

Hours of work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
