Are you a qualified plumber? Experience working within commercial environments? Looking for a New Challenge? Are you immediately available?

My client are a large sized Maintenance provider who are seeking a qualified maintenance plumber to join a team on a large commercial site based in Reading.This is a maintenance role working as part of a team to carry out all ppms, breakdowns and reactive mechanical / Plumbing tasks on site. This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional OT and Call out.

Duties will include:

Reactive and planned maintenance and additional works including mechanical and plumbing,
Mechanical maintenance including: commercial plumbing, pumps, taps, TMVs, blockages, HVAC, pressurisation units, unvented water heaters, cold water systems, boilers, AHUs
Completing paperwork required within the role including updated log books and job sheets
Carrying out additional training as and when required
Participating in other duties when required including minor fabric and electrical tasksThe Ideal Candidate will need:

Strong background in mechanical maintenance and plumbing within commercial environments
A formal qualification in a mechanical discipline is essential - such as City & Guilds Plumbing or HVAC
Must have a solid reactive maintenance background but also be comfortable with additional works
Full Driving Licence
