German and French Teacher
Contract Type: Temporary, Term Time Only
Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm
Pay Rate: GBP90.00- GBP140.00
DBS Check Required: Yes (can be gained via Excell Supply if necessary)
We are recruiting for a German and French Teacher to work in a secondary school in Preston area. The candidate will need to be flexible to work over a two-week timetable 4 days one week and 3 days the next.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
The delivery of the curriculum across key stages 3 to 5.
Giving constructive and guided feedback to students both written and verbally
Summative and formative assessment, guide progress through marking and feedback
Attending departmental meetings
Planning, delivering and marking lessons.
We are looking for the following qualities in applicants:
Possess an excellent subject knowledge of German and French.
Have excellent knowledge of the British Curriculum
Maintain exceptional classroom practice
Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
Successful candidates should hold a PGCE with a relevant bachelor s degree, a Bachelor of Education or the international equivalent.
Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or QTLS)
Right to work in the UK.
