Claims Administrator
Nouvo are delighted to be partnering with a client who support household names within the insurance world whilst ensuring the client is given a 5 star service
This role will be to organise and administer clients insurance claims on behalf of insurance companies.
This role includes:
Communicating with Clients including dealing with any client queries
Accepting, raising and managing works orders
Making Appointments with residents/clients
Scheduling operatives work
Working closely with Client Managers
Liaising with operatives
Successful applicants should have:
Strong administration skills
Experience of working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Experience within insurance or building industry would be desirable although not essential
Experience of working with Microsoft Office
