Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading house builder who are looking to recruit an experienced quantity surveyor to join their commercial team based just outside of Glasgow. This organisation have an excellent track record for building high quality homes. They also have a very low staff turnover.
In this role, there will be a blend of home and office working. You will be working on new build housing projects.
In order to be suitable you will ideally be an experienced quantity surveyor from a house building background. Knowledge of the COINS costing system would also be beneficial.
In return a competitve salary will be on offer alongside car allowance/ company car, private healthcare, pension, bonus and life assurance
