Salary: Circa GBP19,000
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Lancashire Region

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Caretaker / Cleaner role or similar (desirable). They will have experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a proven ability of delivering high standards of customer service and a good understanding of health and safety and safe working practices. They will also have experience of cleaning and achieving a high standard of clean using different products and techniques, appropriate for the environment, and an understanding of the use of different cleaning chemicals and their associated COSHH regulations. A qualification, such as Institute of Customer Service or CIH, is desirable.
