Pathfinder Personnel are looking to recruit experienced car drivers to assist in the movement of vehicles on and off vessels at Southampton Docks. A full driving licence is required and you should be comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
You will need to be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of twelve months car driving experience in order to comply with our insurance. Hours are variable due to the changing hours and schedules of the vessels. We have a mixture of weekday and weekend work available.
Excellent communication skill and a smart appearance are needed. Successful candidates will be expected to attend a Health and Safety Induction and a car driving assessment. You will be subject to Identification checks, referencing and DVLA Licence checks.
Please be aware that the role is of a temporary ad hoc nature and we will only be able to offer shifts when the shipping schedule allows. Please be aware that this can cover seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Shifts can be antisocial hours and at late notice.
Please be aware that the role is ad hoc and we cannot guarantee you a fixed number of hours. We react to the specific requirements of the shipping lines.

Weekdays GBP10.65 (Total pay rate inclusive of paid annual leave accrual)
upto GBP11.88 (including holiday and weekend premium)
