About the role:
As Vitality continues to grow so does our need for world class Advisors. We are looking for best Customer Sales people to join our Retention Department as a Renewals Advisor. This is a hybrid role where you work from the office and at home to help with a healthy work life balance supporting our Vitality Brand. In return for this you are rewarded with a a starting salary of GBP21,000. OTE up to GBP32,800.
As our Renewals Specialist, you will develop a high level of technical expertise and be an expert in customer service, sales and the re-selling of the Vitality product as well as managing workflow and ensuring service level metrics are delivered. This role will suit someone with a passion for high level customer service. You will be provided with the training and support to be an expert in retention and service processes and procedures.
Your responsibilities as our Renewals Specialist will include:
Answering inbound calls and written enquiries from our brokers who are querying the current product.
Working closely with the Team Managers and wider teams to ensure that our customers remain an advocate for a successful renewal of their Vitality s product
Working to individual targets and maximising productivity
Ensuring each person is treated as an individual and provide a positive experience ensuring all communications are relevant and consistent
Maintaining a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change
Maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment
What we re looking for in our Renewals Specialist:
Essential
Natural ability to engage and influence people at all levels
Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills including ability to navigate around a computer
Desirable
Experience in a customer service/sales role
Experience of working in a regulated financial services operational environment
An understanding of Health Insurance servicing or have a sales/retention background
