LETTINGS MANAGER- Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Epsom KT18
Salary: GBP60k+
Position: Permanent - Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic and who has reached a position where promotional prospects are limited, to join a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand in the Epsom area and take on the running and development of the local Lettings Department and the Lettings and Management team.
The perfect candidate will have a superb track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister, business builder, trainer and motivator and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients. You will be proactive, articulate, well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a wide range of values.
You must also have previous experience at a management level and understand how to manage and motivating your team to get the best possible results.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Manager will include:
Experienced in residential Lettings (3 years minimum)
ARLA accreditation a significant benefit
Significant Listing / Valuations experience
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge and living close to the Epsom area preferred
Full Driving License and car owner essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency and Lettings
