Banking Paralegal

A full-service commercial firm which is growing fast require a Banking paralegal for this Legal 500 listen Corporate & Commercial having achieved double percentage growth over the last 8 years.
As a result of their success, they are looking to expand this department and currently recruiting for a full-time Banking Paralegal to join them.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge or experience of preparation of banking secretarial documents, assisting in satisfying conditions precedent in Facility Agreements and preparing notices under banking security documents, amongst other skillsets. Strong drafting and organisational skills are essential and practical corporate legal experience gained in private practice or in-house is also desirable.
Successful candidates will be highly organised, possess good numeracy and literacy skills, excellent IT skills and a flexible approach to working.
