Laboratory IT Consultant
This is an exciting new project in Lucerne, Switzerland working on behalf of a Pharmaceutical Service Provider within a Laboratory setting supporting technical laboratory requirements. (systems etc)
Responsibilities:
Act as the helpdesk support contact for field service engineers and external vendors
You must document company procedures, troubleshooting, and best practices
Develop a system to track the inventory of the laboratory equipment and maintain any related systems.
Be responsible for resolving any new or outstanding requests/ tickets.
Requirements:
3+ years of helpdesk support experience, including troubleshooting.
Experience with instrumentation, laboratory environment, heavy machinery or any other relevant equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of GLP
