Waiters and Waitresses (casual hours)

We are looking for experienced Waiting Staff to join our iconic Rooftop Restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon. These roles are offered as casual hours, which include evenings and weekends.

Reporting to our Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Work collaboratively in the delivery of a food offer that promotes the Rooftop Restaurant
• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Ensuring orders are taken and service style is efficient
• Delivering excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Tailoring your approach to each customer, exciting them with our latest food menu and beverage offerings
• Handling cash and billing services

You can expect to be super busy, mainly before shows and in the evenings. If you have previous waiting experience, a positive attitude and love the idea of a fast-paced role, this could be perfect for you.
