Be Personnel is currently recruiting Nightshift Bakery Operatives to join our client, the nation s favourite traditional baker in Lochgelly. The hours for this role are 17.00 - 03.18 - Monday to Friday (39 Hours a week). Due to the finishing time own transport will be essential as there is no public transport at this hour.
As a Nightshift Bakery Operative, you will be responsible for:
Feeding product into machines
Picking products
Moving trays of products throughout the various stages within the factory
Becoming multi skilled to work at any stage within the process
Counting and picking products
Operating the ovens
The ideal candidate will have:
A certain level of fitness given the nature of the role
A desire to work in a fast-paced business
A strong attention to detail to maintain the standards we expect from the products
Good numeracy skills for counting orders
Previous baking experience desirable, a will to work hard essential.
