We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Musselburgh Office!

Who are we?
As a recruitment business, we specialise in providing our clients in Scotland with top quality candidates. We are a growing business, looking for ambitious and talented people to support and sustain this growth.

This is an entry-level position, and we don t expect trainees to have vast amounts of experience, however there are a few key skills that will help anyone to succeed as a Recruitment Resourcer.

We are looking for someone with a good attitude, fresh ideas, and a genuine engagement with the company culture of caring for our clients, colleagues and candidates.

If you have a background in working with people in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail we would like to hear from you.

This is a fulltime role, with a competitive starting salary and bonus structure.

The Role

A typical day could involve:

Placing job adverts and attracting candidates to work for us and our fantastic clients.

Screening the applicants on your desk for one of the many roles we have available.

Updating our scheduling databases and assisting with the payroll of our temporary workforce.

Undergoing training with a view for progression to Recruitment Consultant.

What are we looking for?

Effective Communicator - Being a Recruitment Resourcer involves talking to lots of candidates and potential clients, so being confident, helpful, and professional on the telephone is essential.

Team player We are looking for someone willing to help others in their team and to provide a positive attitude around the office.

Good computer skills - OurRecruitment Resourcers are typically responsible for keeping track of their figures and all the relevant candidate and client information for their roles. This normally involves using a range of software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook, and an Applicant Tracking System.

Highly motivated -As with any telephoned-based role, calling people on the phone can result in negative feedback, so it s important that Recruitment Resourcers are motivated and resilient.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop a career in the recruitment industry, with a desire for upward progression.
