Process Engineer

I am currently working with an global manufacturing company who are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing site in Chippenham. This is a well-established business whose demand for experienced staff is driven through development plans and increased business opportunities.

You'll be working on an experienced site with roughly 150 - 200 employees, within a diverse team of 7. You will be able to be a key player within the close knit teams that thrive on fresh challenges and an engaging friendly working environment.

This Process Engineer position will allow you to develop and widen your skills, even having the opportunity to branch out into other teams or locations globally.

You'll have the ability and flexibility to unify a global approach whilst adding your own twist into the leadership and development of your engineering team to achieve the end goals.

If you have -

• Minimum 2 years experience in process/manufacturing engineering
• Experience of Lean or Six Sigma
• Implementation of continuous improvement methods

This position would provide a salary of GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 depending upon length and relevance of experience. You will also enjoy a range of different benefits such as 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, Company Pension Scheme and many more.
