Caf?? Supervisor (Food Hygiene & People)
Salary: GBP19,756 (pro rata) per annum (FTE GBP23,049)
Contract type: Permanent / Working hours: Part time - 30 hours per week, includes regular weekends & occasional bank holidays
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 3FU
The Nature Discovery Centre are recruiting a Caf?? Supervisor (Food Hygiene & People). This role complements our other Caf?? Supervisor who oversees Stock Management.
Our busy caf?? offers a seasonal range of hot and cold drinks, homemade cakes, light meals, and ice creams.
The job includes:
Supervising the caf?? team
Administrative tasks associated with the cafe
Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are upheld
Working regular weekends (per rota)
To be successful in this role you'll need:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
To work well under pressure, especially during busy periods
Previous caf?? experience
To be ready to supervise a team or extend your experience (full training is provided)
