Supplier Account Manager - Northampton

GBP24,000 plus excellent, uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE in year 1 is GBP70,000

We're working with a rapidly expanding business within the financial services sector. They are looking for an experienced Supplier Account Manager to join their successful team in Northampton on a full-time permanent basis.

You'll be brokering finance deals for your suppliers' customers; therefore, we're looking for someone with strong relationship building skills, and someone who understands the importance of supplier relationships.

You'll manage the end-to-end process - identifying businesses that can become suppliers, working closely with them and building long-term relationships to ensure a regular flow of business leads are coming through.

They offer the best commission structure in the industry (50 - 70% commission) with a realistic OTE of GBP70k plus in year one; so, If you are money motivated and you're looking to work with like-minded people, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your job as a Supplier Account Manager:

Identifying and bringing on new suppliers
Building strong, long-term relationships with your suppliers
Brokering business finance deals
Customer meetings
Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
Develop a strong pipeline.
Retain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross sell (maximising every opportunity)

Desired experience:

Previous financial sales experience
A background in supplier/account management
Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
Customer service driven.
