Our client are looking to bring in a HR/Finance Administrator on a 14 month Fixed Term Contract.
Duties
Office management role
iMac experience preferred
Microsoft Excel (for Mac) experience necessary - with formula knowledge
Online banking experience (e.g. BACS payment entry) - training will be provided
Invoice creation (in Excel)
HR and payroll processing
Business card reconciliation
Meeting minute note taking
Maintaining office/kitchen supplies
Main point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and office visitors
Third-party contract management
Office (Combined) and PI Insurance applications
Excellent literacy and organisational skills
General administration duties
- 5 days per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) July 2022-February 2023
There is a possibility of the placement going on beyond Feb 23.
