RocSearch are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our Education clients IT Services team who are responsible for managing all IT and Telephony systems within the organisation.
This will be a 3-6 month contract with the view to be made permanent after a successful contract period.
This role will be inside IR35 and you will be needed onsite in Gloucester 5 days per week.
Experience in:
- Installing & support for all network & classroom infrastructure
- Windows Server
- Support a Microsoft Windows 10 environment
- Brilliant hardware knowledge & the ability to diagnose, repair faults with PC, laptops, projectors, & other IT issues.
The candidate needs to have a good knowledge of core networking (WIFI, TCP/IP, DHCP & DNS), managing network infrastructure, excellent communications skills and customer service.
