Skills required:
Ability to follow schedules and produce good quality work
Carry out internal and external painting and decorating requirements
Use all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works
Ideally be able to lay laminate flooring.
Communication skills to maintain a positive relationship with tenants
Ability to follow general Health & Safety guidelines
Qualifaction & Experience:
Must hold a City & Guilds, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Painting and decorating or an equivalent qualification
Substantiated experience in similar role can be considered as alternative to formal qualification
Must be able to display competency in the use and operation of all associated power tools and machinery
Valid CSCS Card
