This is a permanent, full time vacancy.

This is a brand new position within our Group and will take responsibility for all Knowledge content, documentation, and governance, enabling projects to go live and run smoothly, with the help and support of 4 direct reports.

You will also be responsible for the re-tooling of ServiceNow operations categorisations ensuring new articles are being used, and managing the team's SharePoint site.

This is a hybrid role, where we envisage 3 days per week can be home based with the remaining 2 days spent at our Leicester office to best connect with team members, peers and stakeholders, so you will need a full driving licence and unrestricted access to your own vehicle.

For you to do all of this, we will need a few bits from you???

You'll need to be ITIL certified or possess equivalent best practice knowledge, and lots of tangible experience, ideally within a similar role.

You will be confident creating well-written Knowledge Base and policy documentation, whilst adapting approach and materials in line with change and progress.

Prior management experience will also be key as you will oversee 4 direct reports; 2 in the UK (a Knowledge Specialist and a ServiceNow Developer), and 2 in India (a ServiceNow Administrator and an Automation Specialist).

Finally, you will be personable and approachable, with a service delivery focus and a desire to build productive working relationships with your stakeholders.
