MS Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect

Whitehall Resources are looking for a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect. The role is based in Reading, and you will be expected to go on site at least once a week.

The candidate must use an FCSA accredited Umbrella company for this role.

Job Spec:

Key Responsibilities:
- Owns the definition of Solution Architectures for salesforce effectiveness leveraging MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Champion of Agile, working with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define user stories.
- Takes responsibility for E2E platform solution architectures, working on key elements of Integration, Data and Security Design.
- Provide expert guidance to the engineering teams and act as the TDA and visionary for CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Integration Architecture.
- Ability and willingness to conduct developer code reviews as required
- Play a lead role in engaging with EA, Security and Privacy, Infrastructure, and supplier teams to define solutions, resolve issues, obtain agreement in implementation strategies, and create greenfield architectures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, developers and vendors provide coaching and motivation for team members.

Key Skills:
- Expert level on MS D365 CRM, service, integration, and data architecture
- Expert in API and Microservices solution development
- Practitioner of modern digital MAHC and integration architecture concepts
- Strong background in the software development life cycle
- Consultative approach with blend of pragmatism and assertiveness
- Product orientated methodology within a scaled agile framework
- Leadership qualities to steer engineering and development teams

Experience:
- Extensive experience of defining solution architectures in the CRM, Sales, Marketing and Service Domain
- Digital technology implementation, D365 CRM, Marketing Automation, Mobile App, Web Content personalisation, Cookie, and Consent management
- Experience with a modern DXP would be beneficial (Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe)
- Understanding of master data, data analytic and AI/ML solutions would be desirable.
- Experience of Digital Healthcare solutions would be beneficial
