Pay rate - GBP11/hr

We are looking for two temporary administrators to work with the AMAZING Logistics team at Great Rail Journeys based in York city centre.

Working within a small team (but part of a large department), you will be reporting to an approachable and supportive line manager, working with a with a great team of people in ultra-modern, prime location offices right next to the station.

* Loading product data on to the in-house database and ensure accuracy & completeness of the data entered.

* Undertake general administrative duties to support the administrative process of holiday enquiries / bookings/confirmations and delivery of tickets/reservations

* Ensuring that all elements of the service are delivered to a high quality and on time.

* Communicating and dispatching customer documentation to all Suppliers and Tour Managers

These are very exciting and varied positions for individuals with good IT skills, excellent customer service skill and an interest in travel!

The successful Travel Logistics Administrators will have the following:
