A construction client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.00pm with a 30-minute lunch and paying a salary of GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 per annum depending on relevant skills and industry experience.
Duties for this Sales Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming telephone calls
Processing customer sales orders received by phone and email
Raising quotations and entering orders onto the system
Updating MS Excel spreadsheets
Dealing with clients from start to finish from order to delivery
Assisting with various ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Supporting the admin and wider team
Key Skills and experience required to be considered:
Ability to work in a fast-paced team orientated environment
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working in a Construction, Building or Manufacturing environment
Great telephone manner and communication skills
Previous experience within Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
Customer Service or Sales Admin and Secretarial experience would be an advantage
