Do you have previous experience in a Customer Service or Administrative position looking for a new permanent opportunity?

In this role you will be office based receiving incoming queries from customers, both new, existing, and prospective. You will be first port of call for all incoming customers as well as performing general administrative duties, such as order processing and sending quotes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service (ideally telephone) or administrative position.
Overall, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly working environment where you can progress your career and develop in a long term permanent position where no two days are the same.
The Role:
*Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 13:00
*Point of contact for customers
*Dealing with queries and speaking with colleagues to resolve issues
*General administration - order processing, sending quotes, confirmation emails and more
The Person:
*Experience in a Customer Service or Administration role
*Looking for a permanent position
*Friendly, people-person
*Organised with good time management
