Our client based in Central London is looking for a UX Design to join thier Brand and Marketing team in this new role on a full time permanant basis. They are looking for a digital design and analytics professional with a flair for user experience, visual design and accessibility to own all web activity. This role is supporting the deployment of our clients Brands creative direction and vision digitally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-energy marketing team.

You will join them on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available. This is a hybrid role and will only be in the office roughly once a week.

This role will ensure that all website content and functionality meets the latest usability principles, best practice and Brand guidelines. Working with the wider Marketing Team this role will help deliver best in class customer experiences, guiding them on best practice in visual design, user experience and design development.

Key Job Responsibilities of the UX Developer:

To ensure all web activity is managed in line with allocated budget and aligned to business goals, including planning, prototyping, scenarios of use, accessibility and usability testing
To promote and advise on the appropriate use of thier websites and intranet by liaising with business stakeholders across both the UK and international offices.
To keep abreast of web industry trends, standards, and legislation, as well as commercial and charitable models, to ensure that the online marketing and websites are modified accordingly, and changes are fed into new developments.
To liaise and coordinate with external agencies and with all areas of IS (Web Development, Technical Services, Operations) to ensure feasibility and support for all online activities: deployments, advance warning of downtime, testing of infrastructure changes etc. Customer Journey/UX

To develop an excellent customer experience through identifying opportunities for developing relevant and engaging content, intuitive navigation and with appropriate page templates, style sheets, web-optimised images and copy, microsites and partner websites.
To help drive the strategic development, of the website. Identifying existing and new user groups, understanding customer needs and defining enhanced customer journeys.
To deliver an online revenue stream in accordance with plans from the acquisition of new customers and enhanced cross sell to existing customers. UI

To ensure that all website content and functionality meets the latest usability principle, best practice and Brand style guide.
Create personas, user journeys, and lo-&-hi-fi wireframes and prototypes in line with the group brand style guide.
To ensure all web activity is managed in line with allocated budget and aligned to business goals, including planning, prototyping, scenarios of use, accessibility and usability testing.
Desire to learn, assist and conduct user research and user testing, analysing insights to improve the user experience.
To be an ambassador on user experience and visual design, supporting the creative direction and vision.
