Selective Recruitment group are working with an established business who are seeking a motivated and confident Part Time Administrator.
Role: Administrator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to GBP22,000 per annum pro rata
Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 25 hours
This role is responsible for planning, developing, marketing and delivery of a number of key fundraising events within the sporting and challenge events programme.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
Support the team in the administration of events within the Event Programme
Be the first point of call for general inquiries from potential supporters
Supporter contact and relationship management- take them through the supporter journey from initial contact right through to TQ and retention
Monitor and compile reports on participant and financial information to keep events
Help to plan, prepare, and evaluate event programme
Provide support for bespoke events
Basic understanding and use of external event management systems
Work with suppliers to ensure orders/services are delivered on schedule
Administering new fundraising pages from sites, as well as monitoring other online sites
To attend relevant training course and seminars which will benefit this role
To be a successful Administrator you will need to:
Good planning & organising skills
Excellent administrative skills
Good database skills
Good level of literacy
