On behalf of a fantastic care provider I am looking for a Registered Home Manager to join the team at one of their 55 bedded Residential Homes in the Stoke on Trent area.
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Care Home manager to join a privately owned care group in the Stoke on Trent area.
My client is a well-established privately run group of Residential and Nursing homes throughout the North.
An experienced and motivated individual is required to manage a Residential Home within the Stoke on Trent area. The home is a purpose built facility which caters for elderly clients and is registered for Residential and Dementia care.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience and good leadership skills. You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality. This post really requires an individual who is focused and has the want to succeed.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Skills/ Experience:
• NVQ Level 5 minimum
• Experience of working within an elderly care environment
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Registered with CQC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Care plans/reviews/meetings
